FLAG (5 - 6 yrs)                                        $130.00
C-TEAM (7 - 8 yrs)                                    $160.00
B-TEAM (9 - 10 yrs)                                  $160.00
A-TEAM (11-12 yrs.)                                $160.00
(add $25.00 if fees are paid after August 1, 2010)
